The staff at TracksVR were knowledgeable and very helpful. I came in with a wish list of product and was able to leave with everything I was looking for the next day. I was given helpful advice for each piece of the sim rig, including the best practices for installation and adjustment. Have the rig together and am extremely pleased with everything I purchased. I would highly recommend TracksVR to anyone for their sim racing needs!

Howard and his team were amazing hosts to our sim race party. Apart from the fun and immersive rigs they have, they were super acommodating and helpful with everything, from coaching us on tracks, to offering complimentary refreshments. It's a fun experience that is perfect for large groups to enjoy. Would definitely recommend and come back myself.

We booked this venue for a corporate team building event. No matter who I talked with while firming up details, the level of customer service was consistent, fantastic! Upon arriving we were welcomed by the owner and the pit guys who were all so eager to ensure a fun evening would be had. We had a delicious BBQ meal brought in. Came here for a bachelor party and had an incredible experience. Howard and the staff deserve a special shoutout for ensuring we had everything we needed; the simulators are top tier, and the team patiently helped us figure our way around some of our favourite F1 tracks. Will revisit in the future!
